Welcome!
Hello, and welcome to Lenoir City First Church of the Nazarene (LCFCN) website. I hope you find it to be a helpful place to discover who we are and what we are about.
Being around this body of believers, it will not take long to discover this church is a family, rich in relationships that matter most. Growing together, we worship, we serve, we laugh, we cry, we learn, and we are sent out to our community, our country, and our world.
What this looks like is assisting those in need of shelter, or other resources, mission trips, Kid Talk, Children's Easter celebration and other activities, Youth activities and volunteering, pioneering partnerships in Cuba, spiritual deepening week, Hope Connect College and Career ministry, "lovin' from the oven', and this list goes on.
Whatever the event, activity, or engagement we believe we are Jesus' hands, feet, compassion, and strength, and it is Christ in us and especially through us that delivers on His life-transforming grace.
Check us out here on this site, but then let us know how LCFCN can deliver God's love to you or you can come and experience for yourself, God's life-transforming grace here at LCFCN.

The Church of the Nazarene is a Protestant Christian church in the Wesleyan-Holiness tradition, tracing its roots to an anniversary date of 1908. It was founded to spread the message of scriptural holiness (Christlike living) across the lands.
The Church of the Nazarene is a Great Commission church. Our mission is to make Christlike disciples in the nations. We believe that God offers to everyone forgiveness, peace, joy, purpose, love, meaning in life, and the promise of heaven when life is over by entering and experiencing a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. We are called to take this message to people everywhere. The Church of the Nazarene is also a holiness church. We believe that Christians can experience a deeper level of life in which there is victory over sin, power to witness and serve, and a richer fellowship with God, all through the infilling of the Holy Spirit.
